Frequently Asked Questions
Are dues mandatory?
No, CKIA membership is voluntary. However, your dues directly support community events and services that benefit all residents. We encourage everyone to participate!
When are dues collected?
Dues are collected annually, typically at the beginning of each calendar year. You'll receive a reminder in our newsletter and through our online channels.
Can I pay for multiple years at once?
Yes! Contact us if you'd like to prepay for multiple years. This helps us with planning and reduces administrative overhead.
Is my payment tax-deductible?
CKIA is not a 501(c)(3) organization, so dues are generally not tax-deductible. Please consult your tax advisor for specific guidance.
What if I can't afford the full amount?
We don't want finances to be a barrier to participation. Please contact us privately to discuss options. We value your involvement regardless of contribution level.
